Not unlike the original Star Wars movie, you join this adventure in the middle of my story. I turned forty five last November and I have spent the last 21 years becoming proficient at therapeutic massage. Prior to that I spent time as a scuba diver on board cruise ships.
A love of the water and a desire for knowledge and adventure drive me to shift my career and join the Vessel Operations Technology program at Maine Maritime Academy. This entails a geographic change from Nashville, TN to Castine, Maine as well as psychological adaptations and developing new emotional support system. My physical well-being also has to improve to gain success in this endeavour. Thus the title to my blog was born, when I looked into a thesaurus under transformation and the second choice was Sea change- A complete change in sea state, or a profound and notable transformation.
